Zylo PotliBaba will refund the payment with 6-8 days and payment will be reflected in your payment method account. Zylo will not be able to cancel the order if the order is shipped already. However if you wish to return the product (packing should not be opened), shipping cost will be deducted from the total payment. If you wish to cancel the order you should do that before order is shipped.

In case of receive a damaged or non-working kit; same can be informed at info@zylo.in with proof of damaged product received.
